No Trick Our Weather Is A Treat

treatSouth Florida’s weather is a treat on Tuesday, just in time for Halloween. After another rather chilly start, Tuesday features a nice mix of sun and clouds as a warming trend begins. Tuesday’s highs will be in the upper 70s. And the evening will be perfect — and perfectly scary — for trick-or-treating and Halloween parties.

Wednesday will kick off the month of November with a mix of sun and clouds and maybe a stray shower in spots. Wednesday’s highs will be in the low 80s.

Thursday will bring more of the same — sun, clouds, and a stray shower. Highs on Thursday will be in the mid 80s.

Our nice autumn weather continues on Friday, when we’ll see a mix of sun and clouds with maybe a quick shower. Friday’s highs will be in the mid 80s.

Faith Based Events

Look for sun, clouds, and a few more showers on the breeze on Saturday. Highs on Saturday will be in the mid 80s.

Donna Thomas has studied hurricanes for two decades. She holds a PhD in history when her experience with Hurricane Andrew ultimately led her to earn a degree in broadcast meteorology from Mississippi State University. Donna spent 15 years at WFOR-TV (CBS4 in Miami-Fort Lauderdale), where she worked as a weather producer with hurricane experts Bryan Norcross and David Bernard. She also produced hurricane specials and weather-related features and news coverage, as well as serving as pool TV producer at the National Hurricane Center during the 2004 and 2005 seasons. Donna also served as a researcher on NOAA's Atlantic Hurricane Database Reanalysis Project. Donna specializes in Florida's hurricane history.
