More Showers And Storms Ahead This Weekend

More showers and storms ahead for South Florida, beginning this weekend.  Saturday features mostly sunny skies with widespread afternoon showers along the Gulf coast, while the east coast metro area will be mostly dry for one more day.  Highs on Saturday will be in the low 90s.

Look for periods of showers and storms on Sunday throughout South Florida (but the western part of our area will see more of them).  Sunday’s highs will be mostly in the low 90s.

Monday will bring a mix of sun, clouds, and periods of showers and storms.  Monday’s highs will be near 90 degrees.

Tuesday will feature a mix of sun, clouds, showers, and storms again.  Tuesday’s highs will be near 90 degrees.

The pattern continues on Wednesday, with sun and clouds alternating with passing showers and storms.  Highs on Wednesday will be near 90 degrees.

The tropical Atlantic is quiet as the weekend begins.
