Sir Michael Caine, he of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and The Dark Knight, may be done with the Miami Beach real estate game after more than 30 years among us.
Caine, 84, is getting serious about selling his last local condo, a 4,100-square-foot palace in the sky.
According to MLS listings, Caine wants $8.7 million for a 7th floor crib with a movie theater at Apogee, a luxury highrise in the southern tip of South Beach that’s also home to Miami Heat President Pat Riley.
Public records show the actor paid $4 million cash for the condo in 2008.
Caine did some work on the place, and added the small movie theater. It also has four bedrooms and a balcony with more than 1,000 square feet of space.
