Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra, who’s getting married to a former Heat dancer in July, has already upgraded his living quarters.
Spo, 45, just plunked down $2.6 million for a historic house in the Coconut Grove area of Miami, Gossip Extra has learned exclusively.
He is set to get hitched to former cheerleader Nikki Sapp July 1, something we were first to tell you in April.
5400-Square-Foot Home
Public records show the two-time NBA championship-winning coach signed on the dotted line to take ownership of his new home at 3720 Royal Poinciana Avenue, in a chi-chi Acreage part of The Grove, on May 26 — just 10 days after the Heat were eliminated from the NBA playoffs by the Toronto Raptors.
The listing agent didn’t comment, but the sales pitch for the 5,400-square-foot house included almost 1 acre of lush, tropical land with winding pathways and an oak tree canopy.
