Latin crooner Julio Iglesias, 73, has listed four adjacent waterfront lots on Miami’s ultra swanky Indian Creek Island for a heart-stopping $150 million.

The singer, who has sold 350 million records worldwide, has a net worth valued at $300 million.

The lots span 7.3 acres with 800 feet of ocean side access, a private marina and spectacular views of Biscayne Bay. The area, which includes gated access, is populated by under 100 residents and features an 18-hole golf course, as well as its own private police force.

According to listing agents Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg, known to the Miami glitterati as The Jills, the Spanish songster had “held onto the lots for his children, but they have settled all over the country, and he felt like it was time to sell.”

Faith Based Events

The two of the lots have been owned by Iglesias since 2000, while the third and fourth lots were acquired in 2012 and 2014, for $14.8 million and $21.6 million, respectively. The singer also owns a fifth property on the island with a mansion, which he bought in 2008 for a paltry $7,000,000. He spends roughly two months a year there.
