Tuesday features hot sun and clouds with some storms in the morning and plenty of showers in the afternoon. Highs on Tuesday will be mostly in the low 90s, with a few inland locations reaching the mid-90s.
Wednesday will bring mostly sunny skies with storms in spots in the East Coast metro area. The Gulf Coast will see hot sun with early showers and some afternoon and evening storms. Look for a mix of sun, clouds, and a few showers in the Keys. Wednesday’s highs will be in the low 90s.
Thursday will feature a mix of sun, clouds, and showers in the morning, followed by storms in the afternoon and early evening. Thursday’s highs will be in the low 90s.
Friday will see sun, clouds, and periods of storms in the east coast metro area. The Gulf Coast will see hot sun and a few storms in the morning and; periods of showers in the afternoon. The Keys will be on the cloudy side with periods of showers. Friday’s highs will be in the low 90s.
Saturday’s forecast will depend on what’s happening in the tropics. For now, we’ll say look for a mix of sun and clouds with periods of showers, and storms. Highs on Saturday will be mostly in the low 90s.
In the tropics, we’re keeping a close eye on the area of disturbed weather in the central Atlantic. This feature has a medium chance of development as it makes its way through the Antilles and possibly the waters off the Bahamas later this week. Any effects on South Florida’s weather are uncertain at this time and would likely occur over the weekend.
