Olive Garden is bringing back the Never Ending Pasta Pass with an Annual option for 1,000 lucky diners. Buzz60’s Sean Dowling has more.
You have to wonder what the meeting like when the honchos from Olive Garden got together and created the Never Ending Pasta Pass.
This Thursday, Olive Garden will launch the sale of their Never Ending Pasta Pass by giving 1,000 pasta lovers the opportunity to buy an exclusive Annual Pasta Pass for only $300. This first-of-its-kind, Annual Pasta Pass, includes 52 weeks of unlimited servings of pastas, homemade sauces and toppings, accompanied by unlimited soup or salad and breadsticks.
This unprecedented pass will be available to purchase together with 23,000 Never Ending Pasta Passes at www.PastaPass.com for 30 minutes beginning Thursday, Aug. 23 at 2 p.m. ET. Last year, 22,000 Pasta Passes were claimed instantaneously.
We have some questions. Can you use the annual pass as often as you like? Can you go for lunch and then give it to a friend or relative so they can get dinner? Sadly, the answer is no and Olive Garden makes it very clear, No Sharing.
How much is too much?
Surely a story like this is bound to generate loads of publicity for Olive Garden. Will you attempt to score one of the passes? Keep us posted and let us know if you do.
