Grand Bahamas “Utter Devastation” (2 Video Reports)

As of September 4, the death toll from Hurricane Dorian has climbed to 20. Officials say they expect the toll to rise as the scope of the destruction from this crisis unfolds.

Survivors of Hurricane Dorian in The Bahamas on Wednesday crowded rescue helicopters. The United Nations said 70,000 people needed immediate humanitarian relief after one of the most powerful Caribbean storms on record devastated the island.

Video Courtesy Our News Bahamas: As residents of Grand Bahama ventured out into their respective communities today, reality set in as many homes were gutted or gone. Our Kyle Walkine is in Grand Bahama where he spoke with several of those residents, who are in complete shock.

Reuters TV:  Survivors of Hurricane Dorian picked through the wreckage of their homes ripped open by fierce winds. They struggled to fuel generators and queued for food after one of the most powerful Caribbean storms on record devastated parts of the islands, triggering a massive humanitarian crisis.
