He just spent $4.95 million on a new crib in the Palm Beach Gardens, his second house in Palm Beach County’s north side!
Property records show Johnson signed on the doted line earlier this month. The seller was investment manager Courtney Munson, who obviously managed this investment well: He bought 15106 Palmwood Road three years ago for $3.2 million!
Records show Johnson, 31, took out a $3.7 million-mortgage from Bank of America to make the purchase.
