Something smells fishy at golf legend Tiger Woods’ popular Jupiter restaurant, and according to health inspectors. it could be the seafood!

The Woods Jupiter had three high priority violations, including the storing of uncooked seafood WAY warmer than it should — more than twenty degrees higher than the state mandated 41 degrees.

During The Woods’ first routine state inspection earlier this month, raw scallops were being stored at 63 degrees and lobster tails were being stored at 62 degrees.

And raw chicken was at a balmy 53 degrees!

Faith Based Events

Great for breeding bacteria, not so good for the eating public.

The other high priority violation was that an employees failing to wash his hands before changing gloves or putting on gloves, and raw meat stored to close to ready-to-eat food.
