
South Florida will be cool and dry on Tuesday, but major weather changes are on the way for the rest of the week. After a chilly start, Tuesday features plenty of warm sun and a few clouds. Highs on Tuesday will be in the low 70s along the Gulf coast and well inland and the mid 70s in Miami-Dade and Broward.
Wednesday will be a transition day, with a mix of sun and clouds to start and showers moving in late in the day. Wednesday’s highs will be in the mid 70s.
Thursday will be unsettled, with periods of showers and storms as a front moves in. Some storms could be strong, with heavy rain, gusty winds, and dangerous lightning. Thursday’s highs will be near 80 degrees.
Friday will bring lingering showers, clouds, and gusty winds. Friday’s highs will be in the low to mid 70s.
The front will clear the area overnight, leaving Saturday morning lows in the 50s. The day will be sunny, but highs on Saturday will top out in the chilly upper 60s.
