JUPITER ISLAND — A recently filed deed shows that Celine Dion‘s Jupiter Island estate has sold, and for far less than the original $72.5 million asking price.
Dion only managed to get $28 million for the sprawling estate. That’s a full $10 million less than the house reportedly sold for last month.
Obviously, last month’s reports were wrong according to the deed filed with the Martin County Clerk’s office.
Last month it was also reported that the buyer was an American who was planning to use the estate as a vacation home. That much is true.
And what a vacation home it is!
The house at 215 s. Beach Road boasts 415 feet of beachfront, a water park with a lazy river, a massage room and everything the super rich need for a super fun time!
