Fired Miami Dolphins Joe Philbin is still trying to get rid of the suburban Broward County home he lived in during his time with the Fins.
Philbin, who’ll be more remembered for his canning wide receiver Chad Johnson than his number of wins (24), first listed the Davie property at 2232 Phoenix Avenue Oct. 15 for $2.5 million.
Six month later, the Northstar Estates property is down to $2.38 million.
Philbin, who’s looking for job after his ouster in October, bought the six-bedroom spec house brand new for $1.78 million in 2012. Its architecture reminded some of a small Medieval nobleman’s fort.
