By Jose Lambiet, GossipExtra.com, for SouthFloridaReporter.com, Nov. 17, 2015 – HOBE SOUND — Longtime area resident Burt Reynolds is “calling out the assholes” he can’t forgive and is making amends for “being the asshole myself” in his new memoir scheduled to be released tomorrow morning.
At 79 and nearly broke, the former sex symbol penned But Enough About Me: A Memoir to set the record straight — and, no doubt, to make a couple of bucks in the wake of the sale of his Hobe Sound house for a song.
The book chronicles Reynolds’ life from Palm Beach and Florida State University football fields to Broadway to the big screen to the pages of Cosmopolitan.
Reynolds goes on at length about his legendary movie Deliverance.
And he spends plenty of time dishing about some of his main women: Sally Field, Loni Anderson and Dinah Shore.
WKRP in Cincinnati hottie Anderson, who lived with Reynolds in the Jupiter area for years, got the “star” treatment when Reynolds writes: “I never liked her.”
Reynolds’ divorce from Anderson bankrupted him.
