Breezy With Showers, Sun Returns Friday

South Florida will be breezy with showers on Wednesday as moisture continues to move into our area. After early clouds on the breeze, Wednesday features some periods of sun but building clouds and showers on a gusty breeze. The risk of dangerous rip currents will remain high at the Atlantic beaches. Afternoon temperatures will top out in the low 80s on Wednesday.

breezyLook for some showers on the breeze on Thursday, but those showers won’t be quite as widespread. Thursday’s highs will be in the low 80s.

Friday features plenty of sun, a few clouds, and an ocean breeze. Friday’s highs will be in the low 80s.

Look for a mix of sun and clouds on Saturday as winds shift to the southeast. Highs on Saturday will be in the low 80s.

Passing showers and even a few storms return on Sunday. The day will also bring periods of sun and some clouds. Highs on Sunday will be mostly in the low 80s.

In the tropics, that area of disturbed weather in the central Atlantic has a medium chance of developing into a subtropical depression before it’s absorbed by a larger system in a day or so.
