Author of “You’d Better Put Some Ice On That: How I Survived Being Raped by Bill Clinton,” Juanita Broaddrick alleged in 1999 that President Bill Clinton raped her in April 1978 when he was the attorney general of Arkansas. For years, the allegations fell on deaf ears.
“I was a volunteer in Bill Clinton’s 1978 gubernatorial campaign in Arkansas when he summoned me for a meeting at a hotel in Little Rock,” Broaddrick told the South Florida Reporter. “Biting me on the lip during the attack, the last thing he said to me was, ‘You better get some ice for that,’ before putting on his sunglasses and walking out the door.”
“Juanita Broaddrick, Paula Jones and Kathleen Wiley were the women that publicly accused Bill Clinton of sexual assault and harassment in the 1990’s,” Newmark told South Florida Reporter. “In light of the #MeToo movement, I’m happy that the skepticism of years past is now deemed credible.”
Unwrapped toys will also be collected to benefit children with developmental disabilities that receive services from the Ann Storck Center in Fort Lauderdale.
