Some Afternoon Showers As A Weak Front Arrives

afternoon showers

afternoon showersSouth Florida’s weather will feel like summer as some showers on Friday give way to a very warm beginning of April. After a pleasant start on Friday, the day brings a mix of sun and clouds to start, giving way to more clouds and passing showers during the afternoon as a weak front arrives. Increasing winds will lead to a moderate risk of dangerous rip currents at the Atlantic beaches. Friday’s highs will be in the mid 80s.

The front washes out over the Florida Straits on Saturday, so we’ll see sun and clouds, a few showers on the breeze, and an isolated storm or two in the afternoon. It’s no April Fool’s joke — Saturday’s highs will be in the upper 80s, with a few higher readings well inland.

Sunday will bring more summerlike heat, with highs in the upper 80s again. The day features sun, clouds, and a few showers on the breeze as well.

Monday’s forecast includes plenty of sun, a few clouds, and isolated showers on the breeze. Monday’s highs will be in the mid 80s.

Faith Based Events

Look for more of the same on Tuesday — sun, clouds, and a few showers. Tuesday’s highs will be in the mid 80s.
