South Florida is thankful for a warm and pleasant Thursday as we celebrate Thanksgiving Day. Thursday features a mix of sun and clouds as a weak front stalled to our south has brought in drier air. Look for a few quick showers, though, along the Atlantic coast — but not enough to dampen the feasts. Highs on Thursday will be near 80 degrees.
Friday morning lows will be in the 60s as shoppers hit the stores. Friday will be breezy with sun, clouds, and a few east coast showers at times. Friday’s highs will be in the low 80s.
Saturday will bring a mix of sun and clouds with a shower or two, mostly near the east coast. Saturday’s highs will be in the low to mid 80s.
Sunday will wrap up the holiday weekend with more of the same — sun, clouds, and a few showers in spots. Sunday’s highs will be in the low to mid 80s.
Look for a few more showers on Monday, along with sun and clouds. Highs on Monday will be in the low to mid 80s.
The tropics remain quiet — and we’re thankful for that as well.
