Saturday will continue the trend of sun, clouds, afternoon showers, and unseasonable warmth. Saturday’s highs will be in the upper 80s. Don’t forget to move your clocks back one hour on Saturday night to mark the start of Standard Time.

In the tropics, the low we’ve been watching in the north central Atlantic is now Subtropical Storm Rebekah. At 5 am Thursday, Rebekah was located about 535 miles west-northwest of the Azores and was moving east-northeast at 21 miles per hour. Maximum sustained winds were 45 miles per hour. Rebekah won’t be around for long. It’s expected to become post-tropical on Friday and dissipate on Saturday.
