Tuesday will bring morning lows in the upper-50s to low-60s on the mainland. The day will see more clouds than sun in the East Coast metro area and mostly sunny skies in the Keys. The Gulf Coast will see good sun and some clouds, with a gusty breeze as a cold front moves in. Tuesday’s highs will be in the mid-70s in the East Coast metro area and the Keys and near 70 degrees along the Gulf Coast.
Wednesday will feature a chilly morning, with lows in the mid-40s to low-50s on the mainland. Then we’ll see lots of sun but not much of a warmup. Wednesday’s highs will be near 70 degrees in the East Coast metro area and the Keys, while the Gulf Coast will top out in the upper-60s. Temperatures will drop quickly in the evening, reaching the mid to upper 50s at midnight.
New Year’s Day will begin with chilly lows in the mid to upper-40s on the mainland. The mainland will be sunny, and the Keys will see a nice mix of sun and clouds — even as temperatures remain below normal. Thursday’s highs will be in the low-70s on the East Coast, the upper-60s along the Gulf Coast, and the Keys.
Friday’s forecast calls for yet another chilly start, followed by lots of sun on the mainland and good sun with a few clouds in the Keys. Highs on Friday will be in the low-70s on the mainland and near 70 degrees in the Keys.
