Shannon De Lima seems to have done pretty well for herself in her divorce from Latin crooner Marc Anthony.
As the singer and the 29-year-old Venezuelan model were pronounced un-married by a Miami-Dade County family court judge this week, De Lima was seen settling into two adjacent condos that she “miraculously” bought for cash last month at one of the hippest addresses in downtown Miami.
According to property records, De Lima bought two condos at Icon Brickell, one for $1.35 million and the one next door for $731,000.
Not bad for someone who was Anthony’s fourth wife for less than two years!
And while the singer of You Sang To Me wheeled out his new squeeze (a future rich ex-wife) on time for Valentine’s Day, De Lima had her breathtaking view from her 53rd floor crib to make herself feel a little better.
