The tropical storm warning for the Gulf coast from Cape Sable northward to Yankeetown also remains in place.  The hurricane watch from Yankeetown to Indian Pass is also unchanged.
At 2 pm Saturday, TD # 4 was about 15 miles west-northwest of Havana, Cuba and 115 miles south-southwest of Key West.  Maximum sustained winds were 35 miles per hour, and TD # 4 was moving west-northwest at 15 miles per hour.
Tropical storm conditions — including damaging winds, flooding rain, and the possibility of an isolated tornado — are possible on Sunday in the Lower Keys and the southwest Florida coast.
