Wednesday’s highs will be near 90 degrees in the east coast metro area, in the low 90s along the Gulf coast, and in the upper 80s in the Keys.
Thursday will feature a mix of sun and clouds with mostly afternoon showers and storms in the east coast metro area, while the Gulf coast will see mostly sunny skies with some morning storms and plenty of afternoon showers. The Keys will see a mix of sun and clouds. Thursday’s highs will be mostly in the upper 80s, but a few suburban locations could reach the low 90s.
Friday will be on the wet and stormy side on the mainland, with morning storms and lots of afternoon showers. The Keys will see clouds and showers. Friday’s highs will be mostly in the upper 80s.
Saturday’s forecast calls for more clouds than sun and periods of showers and storms. Highs on Saturday will be mostly in the low 90s on the mainland and in the upper 80s in the Keys.
In the tropics, we’re watching an area of disturbed weather in the central Atlantic. While this feature had winds close to depression strength on Monday, conditions are becoming unfavorable for further development.
