Spring Returns for the Weekend

weekend

South Florida will enjoy a return of pleasant spring weather on Friday, and it will last through the weekend. After a mild start, Friday features sun, a few clouds, and highs mostly in the low 80s.

weekendThe Florida Forest Service has indicated that today will be HIGH to VERY HIGH on their Fire Danger Index for portions of South Florida. With Relative Humidity values possibly dropping into the mid 30% range this afternoon, people should be aware that weather conditions are becoming more conducive for the ignition and spread of wildfires. People with outdoor burning plans should consider delaying those plans for a safer day.

Saturday will be nice, with morning lows in the 60s, sun, a few clouds, and afternoon highs in the low to mid 80s.

Mother’s Day continues the streak of springtime weather, with sun, clouds, and highs mostly in the mid 80s.

Faith Based Events

Our dry weather will continue into the workweek, but look for temperatures to climb. Monday’s highs will be in the mid 80s, while temperatures will top out in the mid to upper 80s on Tuesday.
