By Donna Thomas, SouthFloridaReporter.com Meteorologist, Aug 6, 2015 – South Florida will be hazy and hot on Thursday, thanks to Saharan dust moving through. Only a slight chance of a shower is in the forecast, and highs will be in the low to mid 90s.
We’ll be hazy again on Friday and Saturday, with highs mostly in the sweltering mid 90s and just a low chance of a stray shower or storm.
Sunday will see highs in the mid 90s again, but moisture will begin to return and an afternoon storm or two will be possible.
Rain chances increase on Monday and Tuesday, with a few early showers and some afternoon storms. Highs will be in the low 90s both days.
