Lake Park concrete specialist Shellco Construction says it has yet to receive $12,886.52 on a contract signed in March 2014, so it liened Stern’s house at 601 North County Road, according to records.
And it’s the second in a week that someone places a lien on the property!

The lien give Shellco the right to start foreclosing proceeding against the satellite radio shock jock.
