Netscape co-founder Jim Clark made a killing when his web browser company went public in 1995.

The IPO for the nearly forgotten Netscape made Clark a billionaire and with that money he’s collected a bevy of beautiful homes — but now, he’s about to let one go and make tons of money.

Clark has just put up his six-bedroom, 40,916-square-foot Renaissance mansion on the market for an astounding $137 million!

The gorgeous property at 1500 South Ocean is by far the most expensive house ever listed for sale in Palm Beach, much pricier than the 33,000-square-foot pad Russian billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev bought from Donald Trump in 2008 for what now seems like a paltry $95 million.

And even dwarfs the more recent transaction that gave Washington Redskins part-owner Dwight Schar Palm Beach’s Casa Apava in a multi-property deal worth a total $116 million last year.
