James, 50, just obtained a mortgage from City National Bank on his Delray Beach home, and he has until 2045 to pay for it.

One difference with his fans: The bank’s loaning him, like, $10.5 million!!!!!

According to the paperwork obtained by Gossip Extra, the porky star of Zookeeper and Paul Blart: Mall Copobtained the cash through the trust that owns his sprawling oceanfront mansion, The Opie Russell Trust.
