Actor Jon Voight presented his plan to boost US jobs in the entertainment industry to President Donald Trump over the weekend, laying out a proposal that included federal incentives for US theater owners to upgrade their facilities.

Voight was appointed a special ambassador to Hollywood by Trump in January. He detailed the plan, along with his manager Steven Paul and Scott Karol, the president of Paul’s company, to Trump at his Mar-a-Lago Club.
