Juneteenth features hot sun and some clouds, showers, and storms on the mainland.  Look for a few showers and an isolated storm on a gusty breeze in the east coast metro area, while the Gulf coast will see a few morning showers and stormy periods in the afternoon.  Look for a mix of sun, clouds, and showers in the Keys.  An elevated risk of dangerous rip currents continues at the Atlantic beaches through at least Friday.  Highs on Thursday will be in the upper 80s right at the Atlantic coast and in the Keys, while the rest of South Florida will top out in the low 90s.

Friday will bring a mix of sun and clouds with periods of showers and storms to the mainland.  The gusty breeze continues in the east coast metro area, and again, the bulk of the storms will be along the Gulf coast during the afternoon. The Keys will see mostly sunny skies.  Friday’s highs will be mostly in the low 90s in the east coast metro area and in the upper 80s along the Gulf coast and in the Keys.

Saturday will feature mostly sunny skies and mainly afternoon showers and storms in the east coast metro area.  The Gulf coast will see sun alternating with some morning showers and plenty of afternoon storms, while the Keys will see a nice mix of sun and clouds.  Saturday’s highs will be in the low 90s on the mainland and the upper 80s in the Keys.

Sunday will see a summertime mix of sun and clouds with plenty of showers and storms on the mainland.  Look for good sun, a few clouds, and maybe a stray shower in the Keys.  Sunday’s highs will be mostly in the low 90s on the mainland and in the upper 80s in the Keys.

Faith Based Events

Monday’s forecast calls for another day of sun, clouds, and periods of showers and storms.  Highs on Monday will be in the low 90s on the mainland and the upper 80s in the Keys.

It’s quiet right now in the tropical Atlantic.
