New Survey Shows 68% Of Floridians Want State To Do More On Climate Change

Wednesday features lots of hot sun in the morning on the mainland, but a few showers and storms will develop in the afternoon.  Look for lots of sun in the Keys.  Highs on Wednesday will be mostly in the low 90s on the mainland, with a few suburban locations reaching the mid 90s.  Highs in the Keys will be near 90 degrees.

Thursday will bring a sunny morning and afternoon and early evening showers and storms to the mainland, while the Keys will see a mix of sun and clouds.  Thursday’s highs will be mostly in the mid 90s in the east coast metro area, in the low 90s along the Gulf coast, and near 90 degrees in the Keys.

Friday will feature mostly sunny skies with periods of showers and storms, especially near the Gulf coast and in the interior.  Friday’s highs will be mostly in the mid 90s on the mainland and near 90 degrees in the Keys.

Saturday will see plenty of hot sun and a few showers and storms in spots.  Saturday’s highs will be mostly in the mid 90s on the mainland and near 90 degrees in the Keys.

Faith Based Events

Sunday’s forecast calls for hot sun with periods of showers and storms.  Highs on Sunday will be mostly in the mid 90s on the mainland and near 90 degrees in the Keys.

The tropical Atlantic remains quiet.

She holds a PhD in history when her experience with Hurricane Andrew ultimately led her to earn a degree in broadcast meteorology from Mississippi State University. Donna spent 15 years at WFOR-TV (CBS4 in Miami-Fort Lauderdale), where she worked as a weather producer with hurricane experts Bryan Norcross and David Bernard. She also produced hurricane specials and weather-related features and news coverage, as well as serving as pool TV producer at the National Hurricane Center during the 2004 and 2005 seasons. Donna also served as a researcher on NOAA's Atlantic Hurricane Database Reanalysis Project. Donna specializes in Florida's hurricane history.
