South Florida will be hot and stormy again on Thursday. Look for periods of showers and storms alternating with steamy sunshine leading to highs near 90 degrees. Again, some of the storms could be strong, with heavy downpours, dangerous lightning, and gusty winds.
Some showers and storms will be around on Friday, but coverage won’t be as widespread. Friday’s highs will be in the muggy upper 80s.
The weekend will feature more heat and some late day storms. Highs will be in the upper 80s on Saturday and around 90 degrees on Sunday. The summery heat and afternoon and evening storms continue into Monday, when highs will again be near 90 degrees.
