WEST PALM BEACH — TV host Rosie O’Donnell appears to be increasingly antsy with her ownership of a West Palm Beach mansion.
The former star of The View has just discounted the Northwood Village property by $255,000, Gossip Extra has learned.
It’ll now set you back $5.75 million to live like Rosie, down from $6.05 million.
If you factor in the 6-percent commission to realtors, O’Donnell will be barely recovering what she paid for it in the summer of 2015.
By Northwood Village standards, 3100 North Flagler Drive is a magnificent property with a 5,700-square-foot, six-bedroom house with 180 feet on the Intracoastal, an outdoor fireplace and a guest home.
Records show she paid cash for the house after selling her Star Island mansion in 2013 in Miami Beach for $12.6 million.
