And several law enforcement agencies, including PBGPD, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and West Palm Beach Police have been told to be on alert when Aronberg announces whether or not Nouman will be charged tomorrow afternoon, the sources said.

The killing sparked a spate of generally peaceful protests through last fall, when PBGPD failed to be forthcoming about the incident in the early parts of the investigation.

And since, Jones’ family has expressed its collective displeasure with the fact reaching a decision on how to handle the Oct. 18, 2015 shooting has been taking so long.

Faith Based Events

Aronberg said his office interviewed over 100 witnesses in 30 states and two foreign countries but promised publicly a decision by the end of this month.

Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw, whose beleaguered agency is struggling with it’s own series of shootings of civilians, called in the FBI to ensure an “impartial” probe, Bradshaw said at the time.
