The Republican Liberty Caucus of Central East Florida will host their 10th Annual Constitution Day Dinner on Sunday, September 23rd, according to RLCCEF Chairman Bob White.
The program will feature Dr. Ron Paul, an American author, physician, and retired politician who served as the U.S. Representative for Texas’s 22nd congressional district from 1976 until 1977 and again from 1979 until 1985; and for Texas’s 14th congressional district from 1997 until 2013. On three occasions, Paul sought the presidency of the United States; first as the Libertarian Party nominee in 1988 and as a candidate in the Republican primaries of 2008 and 2012.

“We’re excited to have the intellectual Godfather of the tea party movement as our keynote speaker for this year’s Constitution Day Dinner,” Bob White, chairman of the Republican Liberty Caucus of Central East Florida, told South Florida Reporter. “As a presidential candidate and through his many books on liberty, the economy and the Federal Reserve, along with his staunch defense of our constitution, Dr. Paul personally birthed a new movement in America inspiring millions to join the fight for liberty and freedom.”
Hosted by the Republican Liberty Caucus of Central East Florida, the event will be held at the Hilton Melbourne Rialto Place in Melbourne. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with a champagne reception – dinner starts promptly at 7 p.m. Mandatory RSVP is required and numerous ticket options are available.
Dr. Ron Paul will replace Judge Andrew Napolitano, who – as a Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst – had an unforeseen professional responsibility to the network. With the Senate Judiciary Committee scheduling an early Monday hearing into sexual harassment charges against Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh, Napolitano regretfully had to cancel his appearance.
VIP sponsors of the Constitution Day Dinner include Debbie Mayfield, a Republican member of the Florida Senate who has represented the 17th district, which includes Indian River and southern Brevard Counties, since 2016. Gold level sponsors include “A Better Copy” of Melbourne, the premier promotional product source for NASA and Space Coast area businesses for decades.
Founded in 1991, the Republican Liberty Caucus describes itself as “a 527 voluntary grassroots membership organization dedicated to working within the Republican Party to advance the principles of individual rights, limited government and free markets.”
