President Donald Trump says he’s all about small business, but he sure has a strange way of showing it.
The Trump National Doral, owned by Trump Endeavor 12 and run by The Donald’s family, is refusing to pay money to a small South Florida spa business, even though Trump lost two lawsuits!
And, the $2.5 MILLION Trump Endeavor owes the Florida Pritikin Center in attorney’s fees, threatens the center’s financial health.
Why isn’t Trump paying up? Because Trump Endeavor is appealing any judgment it loses.
Just think of the president taking to Twitter to have the last word with a Gold Star widow. It’s that kind of wanting to have the last word.
“Realistically,” a Pritikin motion asking for attorneys’ fees reads, “Trump can be expected to appeal any award from this court.”
Pritikin owns a spa and healthy living clinic at Trump National Doral, and the fact that Trump Endeavor isn’t paying what it owes is putting the center and its 100 employees at risk.
