Hang on to your ballots, Mondays debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton looks to get personal…very personal.

Clinton reportedly has invited billionaire Mark Cuban as a guest to the debates. Cuban has been very vocal about Trump’s politics.

Trump responded, via twitter, that he was inviting former Bill Clinton lover Gennifer Flowers to be there too. Flowers would be seated next to Cuban. Team Trump told Fox News “he (Trump) would not invite any special guests to call attention to the Clinton family’s history.”

New York TimesClinton-Trump Debate Expected to Be Rare Draw in a Polarized Age

Faith Based Events

The uniquely uncivil presidential campaign is about to produce one of the biggest civic gatherings in decades: For 90 minutes on Monday night, a polarized nation will pause to watch the first head-to-head encounter between Hillary Clinton and Donald J. Trump.

(…)Not all viewers will watch from their living rooms. At the Dreamland Theater in tiny Nantucket, Mass., so many are expected for a debate-watching party that the town assigned a police officer to stand watch in case of rowdiness.

Politico: Poll: Clinton and Trump in dead heat heading into first debate

HIllary Clinton and Donald Trump are virtually tied heading into their first debate, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News national poll.

Among likely voters in a four-way race, 46 percent would choose Clinton and 44 percent would back Trump, while 5 percent prefer Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson and 1 percent support the Green Party’s Jill Stein.

Los Angeles Times: Scope of Trump’s falsehoods unprecedented for a modern presidential candidate

Donald Trump says that taxes in the United States are higher than almost anywhere else on earth. They’re not.

He says he opposed the Iraq war from the start. He didn’t.

Now, after years of spreading the lie that President Obama was born in Africa, Trump says that Hillary Clinton did it first (untrue) and that he’s the one who put the controversy to rest (also untrue).

Never in modern presidential politics has a major candidate made false statements as routinely as Trump has. Over and over, independent researchers have examined what the Republican nominee says and concluded it was not the truth — but “pants on fire” (PolitiFact) or “four Pinocchios” (Washington Post Fact Checker).

ReutersIn Trump/Clinton face-off on Monday, winning over women will be key

When Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton face off in their first presidential debate together on Monday, they will have their best chance yet to win over the roughly 27 million Americans who have yet to decide who to vote for.

In some ways, this group looks like a typical Trump supporter: they are mainly white, without college degrees, older, and frustrated by the status quo. But while Trump’s supporters are mostly men, America’s uncommitted voters are mostly women, according to Reuters/Ipsos polling.

With polls showing a close fight between Trump and Hillary, this is a group that could decide the election.
