South Florida will wrap up the month of May with early clouds and showers and late-day storms. Tuesday will feature some showers and clouds in the morning, followed by some sun, highs in the upper 80s, and storms developing in the afternoon and lingering into the evening.
Wednesday will see lower rain chances, plenty of sun, and highs near 90 degrees. Some showers and afternoon storms are back in the forecast on Thursday, along with highs in the upper 80s. Early showers and some spotty storms will be around on Friday, and highs will be near 90 degrees. Look for increasing coverage of afternoon storms on Saturday, along with highs near 90 degrees.
The remnants of Bonnie (now a post-tropical cyclone) continue to funnel moisture along the Atlantic coast, reaching from the Carolinas into New England.
