ASPEN, Colorado — Palm Beach billionaire Bill Koch wants out of some Colorado real estate, like, yesterday.

He just discounted his Aspen area property by 20 percent a year after listing it for $100 million.

New price tag: $80 million!

Elk Mountain Lodge, as the property is known, the property sits on 80 acres of valley and mountain land about 10 miles from downtown Aspen, according to real estate records.

Faith Based Events

The property has 14 separate buildings including a 14,000-square-foot, 8-bedroom main lodge with not just one but two hot tubs, a dining room seating 20 comfortably, temperature-controlled wine storage and a movie theater.

We’d be remiss to forget the lodge’s “altitude acclimatization room.”
