By Jose Lambiet, GossipExtra.com, for SouthFloridaReporter.com, Nov. 9, 2015 – MIAMI BEACH — Tickets went quietly on sale late Friday for the concert that nobody talked about . . . until now!
The show, scheduled for Nov. 21 at the Jackie Gleason Theater in Miami Beach, is supposed to feature Sting, Bon Jovi, Don Henley, Michael McDonald, Randy Jackson and others.
The night-long affair is billed as the 80th birthday bash for legendary Miami singer, songwriter and producer Sam Moore.
Rock’n’Roll Hall of Fame member Moore, half of Sam & Dave, is known for his rendition of Soul Man and When Something is Wrong With my Baby.
And the concert is to benefit his Soul, Arts And Music Foundation, which promotes music education and history.
How the group kept the details of the show from leaking to the public is no small feat!
But now that the tickets are on sale, they’re expected to go fast — even with prices ranging from $153.75 and $603.75.
Until then, check out Moore and Bon Jovi at the Apollo Theater in Harlem in 2010:
