After a mostly dry morning (except for early showers moving through the Keys), showers and storms will pop up again on Wednesday afternoon. Highs will be in the sticky upper 80s, bringing a memory of summer in October.
Showers and a few storms will also develop on Thursday, as a weak front approaches. Thursday’s highs will be in the upper 80s. The front moves through on Friday, along with showers on the breeze, and highs will be in the mid to upper 80s. The risk of dangerous rip currents will increase from Friday through the weekend as winds pick up. Passing showers will be in the forecast on a breezy Saturday, and highs will top out mostly in the mid 80s. Sunday will be windy with gusty showers as a stronger front moves through. Sunday’s highs will be in the mid 80s.
