By Donna Thomas, SouthFloridaReporter.com Meteorologist, July 29, 2015 – South Florida will reach near record highs on Wednesday while rain stays mostly to our north. Look for hot sun, highs in the sweltering mid 90s (but feeling at least 10 degrees hotter), and just a slight chance of a stray storm well inland.
A few storms could develop on Thursday afternoon, but again the main weather story is highs in the mid 90s.
The chance of afternoon storms increases on Friday, and highs will be in the low to mid 90s.
Storms will be in the forecast for the weekend, and highs will top off in the low 90s.
