Sun, Clouds, Showers, and Storms

Wednesday features periods of sun and clouds alternating with mostly afternoon showers and storms.  A moderate risk of dangerous rip currents is in place at the beaches of Miami-Dade and Broward, while in Palm Beach County the rip current risk remains high.  Highs on Wednesday will be in the mid 80s.

Thursday will be another mixed bag of sun, clouds, showers, and storms.  Thursday’s highs will be in the upper 80s.

Look for a mix of sun and clouds on Friday, with passing showers and storms in spots.  Friday’s highs will be in the mid to upper 80s.

Saturday will feature good sun and mostly dry conditions.  Saturday’s highs will be in the mid to upper 80s.

Sunday’s forecast is more of the same — lots of sun and maybe a cloud at times.  Highs on Sunday will be in mid to upper 80s again.

In the tropics, we’re watching a low east of the north Florida coast that has a medium chance of developing into a depression or tropical storm before merging with yet another low off the mid-Atlantic coast late on Wednesday.  That second low has a low chance of developing as it moves generally northward off the U.S. coast.  Finally, the low between Bermuda and the Azores has a medium chance of developing before upper level winds become unfavorable Wednesday night.
