South Florida will see hot sun and then showers and storms on Monday as July begins.  Monday features good sun and a few clouds to start, with some showers and storms popping up in spots. Highs on Monday will be in the low 90s, but it will feel about 10 degrees hotter.
Tuesday will bring sun at times but more widespread showers and storms as well.  Tuesday’s highs will be in the low 90s.
Wednesday will continue the trend of good sun, a few clouds, and showers and storms, especially in the afternoon.  Wednesday’s highs will be in the low 90s again.
Look for a few morning showers along the Gulf coast on the Fourth of July, followed by plenty of sun. The east coast will see lots of sun on the holiday, with the chance of a stray shower or storm. All of South Florida should be mostly dry during the evening — good conditions for watching fireworks displays. Thursday’s highs will be in the low 90s.
Friday’s forecast includes a mix of sun and clouds for the east coast metro area, good sun along the Gulf coast, and some afternoon showers and storms around the region. Highs on Friday will be in the low 90s again.
The tropical Atlantic remains quiet.
