BLT Prime Chef de Cuisine Dustin Ward has put together an exclusive dinner menu featuring two libations that are perfectly suited for sultry summer sipping – Wines of Provence rosé wines and handcrafted tequila from Casa Dragones Tequila. Scheduled for Thursday, August 20, 2015, the four- course dinner will take place in one of the restaurant’s lavish private dining rooms and is preceded by a reception featuring Casa Dragones cocktails at the BLT Prime bar. The evening is priced at $125 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. Reservations are limited and tickets can be purchased at www.bltprimemiami.eventbrite.com.
Provence is the world’s largest wine region specializing in rosé. Considered perfect for all occasions, more rosé than white wine is sold annually in France. Unlike the other pink wine, the sweeter American zinfandel, Cotes de Provence rosés are uniformly fresh, crisp, bright and dry, although many will differ in color, flavor, texture and tasting notes. Three exceptional vintages will be poured this evening.
Casa Dragones is a small batch 100% Blue Agave silver handcrafted tequila with a very limited production. A uniquely smooth sipping tequila best enjoyed on the rocks with a twist , the Blanco is also wonderful for summer cocktails.
The evening gets underway at 7PM with a reception of passed hors d’oeuvres including jumbo lump crab & heirloom tomato; crispy eggplant croquettes and mushroom crostini along with Casa Dragones tequila cocktails Guests will then be seated for a delicious four course dinner. Menu follows
